It was with pleasure that I accepted the Chairman role for the Federation of Democratic NGOs Nepal (FEDEN) during our Second Convention, held in Kathmandu Magh 5-6^th, 2069 BS. I would like to express my gratitude to the all participants and supporters who have contributed their knowledge, time and financial resources to make this convention a success. Under the FEDEN stable and visionary leadership, we have been able to achieve a consensus on our mission and objectives. This will greatly enhance the positive outcomes of FEDEN’s efforts moving forward.

My commitment is to lead FEDEN under democratic norms and values, and to strengthen the networking of all democratic NGOs in Nepal. Priority will be given to the establishment of a transparent system which utilizes accountable operational processes. NGO member capacity building, acquiring and utilizing supportive resources and coordination of all stakeholders will our top responsibilities.
